How we ship

Orders are packed and dispatched from the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $6.95, and shipping is free on orders over $75.

Orders placed before 2pm Pacific on a business day are usually packed the same day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

We ship within the United States only. We cannot ship internationally, because kratom is prohibited outright in a number of countries.

Before you order

Kratom law in the United States is set at state level and, in many places, at county or city level as well. It changes often.

Our checkout will stop an order automatically if the delivery address falls in a place we know to be restricted. That check is only as current as the list below, so please confirm the law where you live before ordering.

You must be 21 or older to buy from this site. You will be asked to confirm your age at checkout.

Where we cannot ship

These are the places where kratom is currently prohibited. Orders to these addresses will not go through.
